Digital Product Design



We work under an approach that considers three variables: user needs, business objectives and technological infrastructure. The result is the concept and justification of the new product, a prototype made with high-fi wireframes, and the delivery of a functional document detailing all the functionalities of the product so that it can be developed by the technical team. In addition, we can provide functional advice during the development stage to ensure that the vision of the product does not deviate from the original.

Sprint 0: Product Backlog and Task Prioritization


Do you have identified an application that you want to develop but need support to communicate it to the technical team and prioritize tasks based on available resources? We carry out a sprint prior to the development process that can last between 2-4 weeks where according to the needs of your company, we collect the business needs, define the functionalities of the product, define the MVP and create the product backlog and prioritize the tasks according to the available resources.


Experience Design (UX/UI)



 

We design an experience based on the customers needs, pain and joy pints. We focus on behavior through usability, usefulness, and desirability provided in the interaction with a product.

User Research & Journey



We design from scratch or enhance the entire journey of the consumer or employer. We carry out co-creation workshops involving different profiles and key members of your organization to identify process improvements and devise a comprehensive digital solution.
